Leicester City increases EPL lead

Captain Wes Morgan scored the only goal of the game with a header from 10-yards just before halftime.

The result moves Claudio Ranieri's men seven points clear of second placed Tottenham Hotspur which could only draw against Liverpool Saturday.

With just six games of the season remaining, Leicester now require four more victories to guarantee a first top division title in its 132-year-history.

"We really wanted it today," a delighted Morgan told Sky Sports after the match.

"We saw the (Tottenham) game yesterday was a draw and wanted to make the most of our opportunity," he added.

Leicester had chances to increase its advantage in the second half. Southampton's England international goalkeeper pulled off a remarkable save when stretching to keep out a cross that had deflected off defender Jose Fonte.

Full-back Danny Simpson was then denied by Forster from point blank range when it looked easier to score from Jamie Vardy's cutback.

The first saw the ball strike Simpson's hand as he scrambled to clear when Saido Mane had rounded Leicester keeper, Kasper Schmeichel, midway through the first half.

Leicester center back, Robert Huth, then appeared to handle when a strike from Charlie Austin cannoned off him in the second period.

"For the third match in a row we don't get a 100% penalty," a frustrated Koeman told Sky Sports.
Ranieri, by comparison, was ecstatic that his team had shown the spirit to maintain its most unlikely of title charges.

"Clean sheet, three points, step by step. It's fantastic because we know very well Southampton came here with a lot of confidence," he told Sky Sports.

The Walking Dead Bosses Defend That Finale Cliffhanger

The season six finale ended tonight with one hell of a cliffhanger, all thanks to the arrival of the bat-wielding Negan. Jeffrey Dean Morgan made his grand entrance and wasted no time in terrifying us all and ruining our lives by lining up all of our favorite Walking Dead characters and choosing one to hit with his barbed-wire bat. We didn't see who he chose, but we did get to watch from their perspective as their head was brutally bashed in.

While we were too stunned to even move our fingers, many fans took to Twitter to express their anger at yet another cliffhanger and yet another reason to argue for the next six months.
Talking Dead host Chris Hardwick addressed this anger during tonight's finale aftershow, and it's clear that comic creator Robert Kirkman and executive producer Scott M. Gimple aren't on board.

"As a fan, I love cliffhangers," Kirkman said. "I love that tension. If you read the comic books, pretty much every issue ends with a cliffhanger. I think that's a lot of fun."

"When they opened up the hatch and we had to wait to see what was in the hatch, I liked thinking about it," Gimple said, giving an example of one of Lost's most famous cliffhangers before citing Star Trek and Grey's Anatomy too (sort of). "When Commander Riker told Worf to fire at the borg ship while Locutus is in there, I liked that. When McDreamy was left at the alter, I liked talking about that. I probably made that up, but I know something like that happened!"

At this point, it's hard to tell if what we're feeling is actually anger as opposed to shock or just relief from how tense we felt during those final moments. We may have to wait until October for a new season, but it may also take us until October to get those head bashing sounds out of our own heads.

Tesla Model 3 electric car $35,000 electric car

Elon Musk just unveiled the car that will drive Tesla's future. Here's everything you need to know about the Model 3: a $35,000 electric car that could make the company accessible to many more consumers. More than 100,000 people have already pre-ordered the car, and Tesla says it expects to ship them late next year.

The California-based firm unveiled the five-seater car - its lowest-cost vehicle to date - on Thursday.
Mr Musk tweeted the total reflected the orders received by the end of Saturday.

Pre-orders of the Model 3 will not necessarily all translate into actual sales when the car is released, with first deliveries in late 2017.

It can be ordered in advance in dozens of countries, including the UK, Republic of Ireland, Brazil, India, China and New Zealand.

Potential car owners need to put down $1,000 deposits to reserve their vehicles.

Such has been the interest that Mr Musk tweeted the company was "definitely going to need to rethink production planning".

Biggest data leak in history exposes offshore holdings of 12 current and former world leaders:

The biggest data leak in history has exposed the offshore holdings of 12 current and former world leaders.

The leak from Mossack Fonseca, the world’s fourth biggest offshore
law firm, reveals how associates of Russian President Vladimir Putin were involved in a web of secret offshore deals and loans worth as much as $2 billion.

The offshore trail, which involves a massive 11.5million records, starts in Panama, and also travels into Russia and Switzerland.

Sergei Roldugin, who is Putin’s best friend, is at the centre of one scheme in which money from Russian state banks is hidden offshore. Some of it shows up in a ski resort where Putin’s daughter Katerina got married in 2013.

The sensational findings are the result of a year’s work by the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists, which involves more than 100 news organisations, including The Irish Times and German newspaper Süddeutsche Zeitung.

The massive leak is bigger than that of whistleblower Edward Snowden in the US, and the publication by Wikileaks of secret American documents.

Oxfam Ireland Chief Executive Jim Clarken described the revelations as a colossal betrayal of taxpayers.

“This exposé offers a rare glimpse into the murky practices of tax dodging – and the sheer size and scale revealed is staggering.
